How it works
WholesaleSheet turns a simple product CSV into a text-based wholesale price list. It suits a first range review or a buyer who needs prices and minimum quantities quickly. It does not create a photo catalogue.
- Use the headers SKU,Name,Wholesale,RRP,MOQ. Enter one product on each row.
- Add your business name, ordering instructions and one currency label for the whole sheet.
- Review retailer gross margins and minimum order quantities, then print the result. The planned offline edition also exports an HTML sheet.
Worked example
A wholesale price of 7 and an RRP of 16 give a retailer gross margin of 56.25%, calculated as (16 − 7) ÷ 16. That figure excludes the retailer’s own operating costs and taxes. An MOQ of 6 means the minimum quantity for that product, rather than a minimum order value.
Can I add product photographs?
No. This edition produces a clear text sheet. If your buyer needs lifestyle images, colour options or detailed product specifications, use a separate catalogue alongside it.
Is retailer margin my own margin?
No. It compares wholesale price with recommended retail price. Use BatchPrice to estimate your production costs before choosing a wholesale price you can sustain.
