Privacy
Aftercart Tools is operated by Nathan Procter, trading as Aftercart Studio. Contact hello@aftercartstudio.com.
Your tool inputs
Calculations and file checks run in your browser. We do not receive your input values, CSV contents or generated documents. Nothing is saved by the tool unless you choose a file export. Your browser and device may retain downloaded files.
Website requests
Our hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process normal web requests and may keep operational and security logs. We do not add advertising pixels or cross-site trackers.
Optional anonymous usage counts
If you choose “Allow counts”, we count page views, successful tool runs, tool errors and clicks on checkout or enquiry links. We store only daily totals by page, event and a fixed source label such as search or a named launch channel. We do not store your IP address, a visitor identifier, the full referring URL, tool inputs, filenames or file contents in these counts. They help us improve the tools and the information on this site.
Counts are off until you allow them. Use the control below to turn them off at any time. A local browser preference remembers that choice; it does not identify you. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The downloadable offline editions send no usage counts.
We remove aggregate counts older than 13 months when new counts arrive. They count permitted activity, not unique people, and may undercount visitors who decline or block requests. A source label may also appear in the subject of an enquiry email that you choose to send.
Contact and purchases
Email links open your email application. A message reaches us only when you send it. We use your message to respond to the request; requesting a launch link does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. Payment and download delivery will be handled by the provider identified at checkout when sales are available.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete correspondence we hold, subject to records we must retain. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal data with a support request.
